This Argentium Silver 935 spinner ring is lovely! The half inch base ring is fused 22 gauge Argentium silver that has been soldered at the joins for reinforcement. The two outer rings are 16 gauge square stock Argentium silver wire. This ring has not been polished in order to give it a more weathered silver look. This ring is US size 8.5. It is not adjustable. Additional information on Argentium silver: Argentium Silver was invented by Master Silversmith, Peter Johns at Middlesex University, London. His initial research concentrated on eliminating firestain in traditional Sterling silver, using the element Germanium. Germanium was also found to add further benefits, including tarnish resistance and heat-hardening properties. Argentium is a sterling silver alloy that is 1% purer than traditional sterling at 93.5%. (Traditional sterling is 92.5% pure.)
